Holding a master’s in leadership and management, and Chartered Director certification, Ronan is committed to fostering inclusive team cultures where everyone thrives. At Carrow Insurance, Ronan leverages his deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and stakeholder management expertise to deliver exceptional service to brokers and partners.

He is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion committee at the Compliance Institute of Ireland, and sits on the Board of Care Alliance Ireland, a registered charity.

Previously, Paul developed an extensive suite of A&H products, including Personal Accident, Sickness, Business Travel, and wellbeing solutions for large multinational clients. He also brings significant portfolio management experience for Corporate, Affinity, Schemes, and Employee Benefits for multinational clients across Europe.
